CANADA ON FEBRUARY 2020
Daily days we do nothing special: we go to high school, volleyball…
The weekends are more interesting: one day we went to a place where you threw yourself with some floats, another day we visited Old Quebec, another day to a volleyball tournament, with snowmobiles, we fished, we eat things with sirop d’erable …
I’m enjoying this a lot, everything seems taken from an American movie!
NEWS FROM SARA JANUARY 2020
I arrived at Océanne’s house at 1 in the morning Monday or so.
The next day I didn’t go to the first two hours, here every day they have 4 classes of 1 hour and 15, the breaks are 20 min between first and second and third and fourth, between second and third they have an hour and a half in which they eat (from 11:35 to 13:05).
The high school is huge and has a hockey rink, four gyms and another with machines, cafeteria, student’s room, a huge library, etc.
The high school ends at 4:00 pm. I go to the high school and come by bus, a yellow school bus.
They have dinner at 6:00 p.m. and at 9:30 p.m. or so they fall asleep.
In the afternoon I went one day to throw ourselves down a snow slope with a sled, another afternoon friends came home with their twins (we are 9 spanish people in exchange at the high school), other I did skidoo (snowmoto) and another I went with Océanne to her volley’ trainment.
It’s cold (today -23º) but people don’t spend time on the street
